Here is an overview of available options to reset you skill and stat points.

Option 1: Hypnotist, Prontera, 146, 232
This NPC can be used to reset your skill points as often as you want but only for first class characters below Base Level 40. The reset is free.

Option 2: Hypnotist, Yuno, 138, 187
This NPC can be used to reset your skill points once per character but you have to pay 20.000 Zeny times your Base Level.

Option 3: NPC K, Market House
This NPC can be used to reset your skill points once per character and you have to pay 1 Neuralizer from the iShop.

Option 4: NPC J, Market House - Oblivion Stone
This NPC can be used to reset your skill points as often as you have the required item. You have to pay 1 Oblivion Stone which can be aquired from some events or Ambernite events or be bought from other players.
Choose the option: "I want a reset skill!"

Option 5: NPC J, Market House - Renewal
This NPC can be used to reset your stats+skills together but can only be used twice per character. These 2 resets are free.
Choose the option: "Reset Skill/Stat Renewal"

Option 6: NPC J, Market House - Soul Stone
This NPC can be used as often as you rovide the required items. You need a certain amount of Soul Stones depending on your Base Level. In order for the NPC to accept the Soul Stones they have to be stacked. To do this you might have to talk to the NPC Rush Stacker in the market house before.
Level 1-30 -> 1 Soul Stone
Level 31-60 -> 5 Soul Stones
Level 61-90 -> 10 Soul Stones
Level 91- 120 -> 15 Soul Stones
Level 121-175 -> 20 Soul Stones
Choose the option: "I want a reset stat!"

Somehow I can always reset only once there instead 2 times.

Sounds like a throw-away NPC, does it not?

Yes, you can also use this NPC if you are level 40 first jobclass. It will no longer work with level 41.

As said, 2 resets per character are possible. In most cases where players said they only got one, they simply forgot that they already used one before on the character. Though, we can check the reset status. Just send a ticket with your affected characternames to the support.

There are quite some players going for this option. Maybe they already used up the other ways or cannot get their hands on an Oblivion Stone. It doesn't hurt to keep this additional option in the game.

This <40 NPC is great for beginners to see skills working. We used it a lot in former times.
There are still people starting the game so it is still useful.

Nice post, didn't know about others options out there (well most of them /pif). But I wondering about option 4 and 6, it is about reset skill (opt 4) and stats (opt6) but the requirement to do it is quite huge.

Opt 4 is one soul stone regardless your level.

Opt 6 Based on your lvl, from 1 to 20 stones.

It would make more sense to balance it by having a based on lvl requirement for opt 4 (people will kill me /wah) or otherwise decrease the requirement for opt 6 to match opt 4 (not saying to drop it to one stone though)
