The Rune-Midgard kingdom shall temporarily close its doors for purposes of maintenance.
As such, servers will be unavailable on
Thursday, January 10th 2019 for a few hours.

It seems like back ground music for verus city disappear BGM 163 "From the grave" BGM 161 "Forest of despair"

It also lacks of animation noises for monsters in verus city.
"Well, maybe there's fundamental truths out there. Of course, that might also be a lie..."

Are you serious?!? You are doing everything wrong! I was realy excited since you announced to implement Charlestone Crisis, but how you did it is just a joke. You implemented the axe Boomerang cooldown on supplement Part Dex as a set Bonus with the supplement part Str. So Axe Boomerang has still a 1(in word ONE!) Sec cooldown you can´t reduce. Not even with Bragi or any other item on this Server. And you have to wear an armor which has no slot and no element to get the Cooldown. This update was made to make new builds with mechanic possible and you just made it worthless. Why you even implemented this update??? There is still no one playing Mechanic besides 2-3 people on this server cause it simply still sux. And now you lower the cooldown of Dragon Breath, which is a massiv Aoe damage spell back to 0,3 Seconds!?!? You are even not capable of changing the description of the Supplement part dex.

Not only the item, the whole skill is different:
Type: Offensive Skill Levels: 5, selectable SP Cost: 18 + (Skill Level × 2) Cast Time: None Cast Delay: 1 second Cooldown: [5.5 − (Skill Level × 0.5)] seconds Target: Enemy Range: (Skill Level + 3) cells Knock Back: (Skill Level + 1) cells Weapon: Axe
this is the normal implementation of the skill (this is from irowiki) as you can see the skill has coldown and cast delay. So if you reduce the cooldown to 0 you still have 1 sec cast delay. The difference is, cast delay can be reduced, for example by kiel card. At this Server there is no cast delay on this skill. you can test it by using any other skill instantly after axe boomerang. If you want to see the difference use power swing for example. But normaly no one uses 2 supplement part dex because there is the sea Captain head:

  • Reduces the cooldown of [Axe Boomerang] by 1 second.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher:
    • Increases the damage of [Axe Boomerang] and [Axe Tornado] by 40%.
this is also the implementation of Iro

at this Server the Item is implemented like this:

Increase Damage of Axe Boomerang and Axe Tornado by 20%.
If upgraded to +7 or higher:
Increase Damage of Axe Tornado by 1% for every level of Weapon Research Skill learned.
If upgraded to +9 or higher:
Increase Damage of Axe Tornado by 1% for every level of Axe Training.

nothing against you agathe but how you said this is from iro. what is with other servers like directly kro? maybe there they have also totaly other stats or maybe the same as us?

Escalate, you just don't get it... The Axe Mechanic is simply dead if there will be no Change to the cooldown.

But the thing is, if i got it right, iro is a thing for itself. Iro implemented many things that don't exist on other servers. And we only get things that are said from the korean team, so as long that kro doesn't have it or they doesn't have this in our update plan we simply don't get it. And i think our gms can't do a thing against it.

@agathe i got it dont worry
but maybe you forgot this is the "Official European Ragnarok Online Server" and not such an crampy P-Server. So we play with that what we have with "small" changes (like db). When you cant wait further updates with maybe changes there to the skill you want or maybe others you are free to leave.
Else you are free to leave to an server who has this implemented.
and dont forget. as long as you arnt sure if its on kro itself it doenst matter on which server this is live atm. cuz we play after kro

sry didnt mean you in person i mean all the people who only cry cry cry instead of trying something new.
i arnt the best or some of the best rk players on this server. but how i said i still can kill people in woe with db same as mvp.s(booth without bragi). so i dont think its killed its just nerved but not to death ^^

and sry but when this guys cant come with an idea to stop the abuse (which was definitly before) which is valiable. theres no need to cry then.

before nerf, i could kill beelzebub with quite some relative difficulty, now is very difficult.
im not talking about easier mvp.

Just because its a big nerf to DB, it doesnt mean we are mad or crying, at least for me, because now i dont have FUN playing DB (with my bragi).
and the same way, just because you are fine with DB, it should be fine for all /no1

But we have to play with the actually DB now, till the next? change /heh

The big problem with nerfing Dragon Breath is that this skill literally defines the Class.


Rune Knight is basically nothing more than:

95% Dragon Breath
5% Runes.


Compared to a Sura:

30% Snap
25% Hellgate
20% Cursed Circle
15% Tiger Cannon
5% Asura
4% Gentle Touch
1% Steel Body

This means, nerfing one Skill from the Rune Knight has a much higher Impact on the Class than nerfing one Skill from the Sura.

Oh and for people saying iro has delay aswell... they implemented a headgear increasing db and wdb dmg by 45% to compensate the damage lost.
